Hallie Shoffner Announces Arkansas Voices, a Statewide Listening and Engagement Tour
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — U.S. Senate candidate Hallie Shoffner today announced Arkansas Voices, a statewide listening and engagement tour that will take her to communities across Arkansas to hear directly from voters. The campaign also released the schedule for the tour’s opening stops in Little Rock, Stuttgart, Huntsville and Van Buren.
“I’m calling this Arkansas Voices because I believe Arkansas deserves a Senator who cares about what they think, and I want to be their voice in the U.S. Senate.
“For too long, Washington has spent more time arguing with itself than listening to Arkansas. That’s why I’m launching Arkansas Voices. This tour will take me to communities in every corner of our state because I believe some of the best ideas don’t come from Washington; they come from Arkansas kitchens, classrooms, farms, churches, and small businesses. I want to hear directly from the people who live with these challenges every day. So come as you are and bring whatever’s on your mind — from the cost of groceries and prescription drugs to the future of our schools, our farms, and our small businesses. This campaign isn’t about asking Arkansans to listen to me. It’s about making sure Washington finally starts listening to them.”
These are the tour’s opening stops, with more to be announced around the state. All are open to the public.
